How to make a Facebook post shareable in 2020

You may have noticed that you are not able
to share your posts from some of your friends on
FB(Facebook).
This has to do with their personal Facebook
settings associated with their posts.

First, let's go through the steps to make

Step 1.

Click to Create a Post?
Field on your Facebook home page.
The Create Post screen opened.

Step 2.

Tap the first drop-down box that You see directly
beneath your name.
This will most likely say "Friends" in there.
The Select Privacy page appears.

Step 3.

Click to the empty circle to the left of "Public"
Who Can See Your Post? section.
A blue checkmark will be displayed inside of that circle when it is selected.

Click on the Back icon in the upper right corner of the
screen. You'll return to the Create Post page, where now you will see Public displayed in the drop-down
the box beneath your profile name, rather than Friends.
After creating a new post, anyone who sees
it will be able to share it.

Step 1.

Open your web browser, navigate to Facebook.com.
You'll arrive at your Facebook home page.

Step 2.

Make sure "create Post" you are selected in the list
of options above your news feed the center part of your Facebook home page.

Step 3.

Click "What's On Your Mind?"
A Make Post box will pop out from the page.

Step 4.

Make sure that the empty circle to the left of Newsfeed has a blue checkmark inside of it.
If it doesn't, click inside of it until it does.

Step 5.

Click the drop-down that's displayed to the right of News Feed. This will likely say "friends" in there. A list of options appears.

Step 6.

Choose "Public" in the list of options. Continue creating your Facebook post, and then click "Share" when you're completed.

Your post will be capable of being shared by anyone who wants to share this.
